Automatic centrifugal plating equipment

The automated centrifugal plating equipment is suitable for electrical hardware, standard fasteners, and other workpieces. It features fully automatic pretreatment, a rail‑mounted robotic gripper for automated zinc plating, and a waste‑heat drying system, with a daily production capacity of 30–50 tons. Paired with comprehensive acid‑mist and zinc‑fume treatment systems, it is environmentally friendly and meets the demands of large‑scale anti‑corrosion processing.

Electroplating production line

Hexing’s equipment can galvanize structural components of various irregular shapes and sizes. Depending on site conditions, it can be configured for either overhead‑track gantry‑type galvanizing or rail‑mounted gantry‑type galvanizing. The equipment features a high degree of automation, ensuring smooth and rapid workpiece handling.

Automatic Galvanizing Line for Guardrail Panels

Our equipment can galvanize guardrail panels, with 2‑wave panels measuring 320 mm in width and 3‑wave panels measuring 510 mm in width. The thickness of the zinc coating can be adjusted to meet customer specifications, with typical coating thicknesses ranging from 30 to 85 µm. The guardrail panels produced by this equipment feature uniform coating thickness and a bright, smooth surface. The machine operates smoothly and boasts a high degree of automation, delivering significantly higher output than conventional hanging‑type galvanizing. Labor intensity is markedly reduced, and production costs remain well under control.

Automatic Steel Pipe Galvanizing Line

Our equipment can produce round tubes with diameters ranging from Φ20 to Φ325 mm, as well as square and rectangular tubes measuring 20×20 to 200×200 mm. To meet customers’ specific requirements, we have also designed and manufactured several production lines for large-diameter tubes up to Φ377 mm; these lines feature a high degree of automation.

Acid-resistant pump

In industrial processes involving highly corrosive substances, acid‑resistant pumps play a critical role, particularly in hot‑dip galvanizing lines. These pumps are engineered to withstand the aggressive conditions of acidic environments, ensuring the safe and efficient transfer of corrosive fluids. Key Features: - Chemical Resistance: Acid‑resistant pumps are constructed from materials capable of enduring exposure to strong acids and other chemical agents commonly encountered in galvanizing processes.
