Equipment Briefing
Hessing’s equipment is capable for galvanizing round pipe Φ20—Φ325mm, square and rectangle pipe 20X20—200X200mm. To meet the special demand of customers, we also manufactured a few sets of big galvanizing line for pipe Φ377mm.
The equipment is featured with high automation. The discharge of process waste can meet the international standards.

Main Equipment
1. Enclosed pre-treatment equipment with acid proof tanks
○ Latest materials and technology for environmental protection

○ Hoists with he workpiece run according to the process inside the enclosure.
2. Drying equipment
○ Reduce the happenings of zinc blast, and less zinc consumption
○ By making full use of the recycled heat, the workpieces get the proper temperature before dipping into the zinc kettle, less dipping time is needed, the capacity efficiency is increased.
○ Heat circulation blower is adopted, it gives even temperature inside the drying furnace.
3. Heating furnace
○ World-class technology in heat transfer design in the furnace, widely used in more than 200 projects
○ Good insulation and fuel saving.
○ Uniform temperature inside the furnace. Even heating of the zinc kettle is key to extend the zinc kettle lifetime.

4. Zinc kettle
○ The kettle plate is made specially for liquid zinc, low carbon and silicon, corrosion proof

5. Gear Disk Type Galvanizing Machine
○ With different disk tooth numbers and gear changing, the galvanizing coating thickness can be controlled flexibly.
○ A single galvanizing machine can produce a wide range of pipe diameter and length.
○ High degree of automation and convenient operation.
6. Draw-out and Draw-up equipment
○ Big magnetic force from the magnetic rolls, it ensures the smooth pick up of the pipe out of the zinc kettle.
○ Several pipes are galvanized simultaneously, stable pipe separation treatment, long time continuous running smoothly.
○ Well designed roller arrangement, smooth roller surface, even rotation speed, good pipe appearance quality is achieved.
7. Inner blow equipment
○ Guiding rod inner blow is adopted, very clean and smooth inner pipe surface, liquid zinc inside the pipes are recovered back to the zinc kettle, high utilization efficiency of zinc, less zinc dust, and lower blowing noise.
○ Electro-magnetic obsorbing clamping is adopted, this technology can decrease the damage to the galvanized surface.
○ Inner blow for one single pipe available, as well for multiple pipes simultaneously.
8. Water cooling equipment
○ Automatic equipment conveying pipes into the water in order
○ Automatic pipe discharge equipment out of water.
9. Color belt and logo marking equipment
○ Alternative color belt painting equipment for option. Printer with magnetic color belt frame can paint 1 pipe a time, no limitation of the pipe diameter. Point topping printer is suitable for multiple pipes a time of smaller pipe diameter.
○ Satisfying the demands of single color of single belt and multiple colors of multiple belts
○ Options with spray printing and roller marking
○ Clear marking, adjustable content , and convenient operation.
10. Passivation equipment
○ Automatic passivation equipment, the passivation chemical is recycled, safety and environmentally friendly.
○ Chain type drying is adopted after passivation, the passivation film is fasten and stable.
11. Automatic bundling and strapping equipment
○ Based on different workship size, special pipe conveying mode (vertical or horizontal) is designed.
○ Automatic bundling equipment can achieve different bundle shapes (square/hexagon/other shapes), intensity of labor is greatly decreased.
12. Zinc pump
○ Big flow capacity, long lifetime and easy operation.
Supporting Equipment
1. Acid storage and supply equipment
○ Option with vertical and horizontal acid tank.
○ Acid pump fulfills the task to transfer the acid between the acid tank and the acid baths.
○ No leakage, safety and environmental friendly.
2. Acid collection and scrubber
○ Good sealing of the acid pipelines and the acid mist blower, no leakage.
○ Automatic alkaline feeding and PH value checking
○ Multiple level alkaline spray, fully neutralization reaction of the acid mist.
3. Zinc smoke/dust collection and treatment equipment
○ Good seal of the dust suction hood, pipeline and the blower, no leakage.
○ The filter cloth has good performance to stop the dust particles, the particle discharge can reach the required domestic and overseas clean air standards.
○ The blower running speed is adjusted automatically according to the concentration of the dust particles, electricity cost is optimized.
4. Waste heat recovery boiler
○ The tail waste heat from the zinc kettle heating furnace is fully utilized, energy consumption is optimized.
○ High temperature steam is generated from the boiler for good performance of the inner blow.
○ Automatic control, no special guardian needed.
5. Fluxing chemical heater
○ Heat resistance, and corrosion proof, stable long time operation.
○ Heating temperature can be adjusted as wish.
6. Deironing separator from Fluxing chemical
○ Continuous operation, good performance of deironing
○ Automatic control, no special guardian needed.
