Equipment Briefing

Hessing’s guardrail galvanizing equipment can work for W beam（width 320mm）and Three-beam (width 510mm).

The coating thickness can be adjusted according to customer’s demand, the popular coating thickness is 30-85um. The continuous galvanized guardrail has the advantage of even thickness, bright and smooth appearance. The equipment can run continuously and smoothly with highly integrated automation. Compared with the hot dip galvanizing with cranes, disk type continuous galvanizing can reach higher daily output, the intensity of labor is decreased and the galvanizing cost can be controlled.

Main Equipment

1. Enclosed pre-treatment equipment with acid proof tanks

2. Drying equipment

5. Gear Disk Type Galvanizing Machine

6. Pick-out and outer blow equipment
○ Big magnetic force from the magnetic rolls, it ensures the smooth pick up of the guardril out of the zinc kettle.

7. Water cooling equipment

8. Passivation equipment

1. Acid storage and supply equipment
○ Option with vertical and horizontal acid tank.
○ Acid pump fulfills the task to transfer the acid between the acid tank and the acid baths.

2. Acid collection and scrubber
○ Good sealing of the acid pipelines and the acid mist blower, no leakage.
○ Automatic alkaline feeding and PH value checking

3. Zinc smoke/dust collection and treatment equipment

4. Waste heat recovery boiler
○ The tail waste heat from the zinc kettle heating furnace is fully utilized, energy consumption is optimized.
○ High temperature steam is generated from the boiler for good performance of the inner blow.

5. Fluxing chemical heater
